We are blessed to have dedicated catechists teaching our children. We support parents, the primary religious educators, in the spiritual development of their children. We offer classes in sacramental preparation and introduce the concepts of discipleship, service, and Catholic doctrine for personal growth through catechesis. Holy Family Catholic Church offers Faith Formation classes for children and youth grades Pre-K through 12th grade. For ease of the program, we split our program into two groups.

Faith Formation: Pre-Kindergarten – 5th Grade
The Pre-Kindergarten – 5th Grade group includes the First Reconciliation program and the First Communion program. Please note that in accordance with the Diocese of Raleigh’s Sacramental Norms, the First Reconciliation program and First Communion program is a two year program.
Faith Formation: 6th – 12th Grade
The 6th through 12th Grade youth program includes the Confirmation program. Please note that in accordance with the Diocese of Raleigh’s Sacramental Norms, the Confirmation program is a 2 year program.
